This is the ideal role if you have a long and tangible recruitment experience within a recruitment firm / practice and would like to set-up your company but don’t know where to start or feel that you will be stronger with other colleagues. It could also work for very experienced recruiters working for blue chip company and wiling to get more independence.
Who we are looking?
- Proven Finance recruitment track record with a minimum of 10 years of recruitment experience, delivering an end to end recruitment service
- A transferable book of clients and a strong interest an interest in developing your own P&L
- A top biller personally billing CHF/ EUR 300k to 400k +
- Experience of recruitment in the finance industry (one of the following practice: Financial services, Legal and Tax, Investment, Private Equity, Real Estate, Fintech or IT)
- Built and run a team. This does not need to be a vast team but the willingness to grow on your own team is essential
- Have the hunger, drive, and ambition to build something from scratch
- A strong business development capacity
- An interest in developing a generalist HR / coaching service line alongside your recruitment activity;
