RESEARCHER / SOURCING ASSOCIATE

We are a fast-growing HR services and recruitment company spanning from recruitment to executive board level. To cope with our continued development, we are recruiting a bright individual capable of helping us with busy searches in Switzerland and abroad – Europe, Asia, Middle East and Africa.

Due to our expanding client base, we need to source a talent in Switzerland or abroad. We work across a variety of roles including (but not limited to): 

• Financial services,
• Tax and Legal,
• Aviation,
• Industrial and Consumer,
• Digital & IT,
• Start-up and Venture Capital

The projects are ever changing so you'll never get bored. We're a flexible and friendly team focused on providing quality solutions to our clients.

Jobs and responsibilities:

Your remit will be to work with the Partners to build shortlists of active and passive candidates using intelligent strategies. 

What we need: 

• Demonstrated experience working as a sourcing associate or researcher
• Extensive market mapping and research skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• A down to earth, quality focused approach
• Fluent in English while another language would be a great asset (French, Spanish, Mandarin, Arabic)

We're looking for an expert researcher/sourcing associate to partner with us as external consultant or permanent employee. UR Capital offers a unique working solution with great flexibility.
